Skinbusters containing cross-linked hyaluronic acid stay longer in the skin, from 6 to 9 months. We also use skinbusters that consist of uncross-linked hyaluronic acid, such as Jalupro or Profhilo, which hydrate the skin very well, but treatments with these skinbusters must be done more often or in series, depending on the condition of the skin, because they last less.

Neck botox + JUVÉDERM VOLITE

Depending on the patient’s needs, we also do a combination of different treatments that together will have the greatest effect. One of them is the combination of neck botox and JUVÉDERM Volite. The result is renewed, tightened and hydrated neck and décolletage skin.

Tightening slightly to moderately sagging neck and décolletage skin using a CO2 laser is one of the most effective ways. We use the Candela CO2 laser, a fractional ablative laser. We precisely and efficiently treat all layers of the skin on the surface, while the surrounding, healthy tissue remains intact. The skin heals faster and the recovery period is shortened.
The CO2 laser simultaneously treats both the surface layer of the skin and the deeper layer of the skin. The treatment begins with the removal of the thin, superficial layer of damaged skin. Next, the laser creates microchannels in the deeper layers of the skin, while simultaneously heating the tissue and stimulating the production of collagen and new, healthy skin cells. Alma Harmony XL PRO is a laser platform that allows the use of different lasers and probes depending on the indications. For neck and décolletage skin rejuvenation, we use the Harmony non-ablative Clearlift Q-switched and ClearSKin Er:glass lasers, the IPixel Er:YAG ablative laser, and the NIR probe. Clearlift, Clearskin and iPixel lasers

As we said, Clearlift and Clearskin are non-ablative lasers. With non-ablative lasers, unlike ablative lasers, the light energy of the laser reaches the dermis (middle layer of the skin) while leaving the epidermis , its surface layer, intact. Therefore, there is no peeling or flaking of the skin, no recovery period and treatments can be done all year round.
Clearlift laser , also known as Hollywood Lunchtime Facelift, is especially suitable for people with mature skin, with less sagging neck skin and shallower wrinkles. In a 2020 clinical study In 2008, it was shown that this laser can be used to treat and significantly reduce the depth of horizontal wrinkles on the neck. ClearSkin laser can be used for younger skin, initial signs of aging, as well as delaying the appearance of the first wrinkles and sagging skin.
However, the strongest effects are provided by the ablative Ipixel Er:Yag laser, as well as the aforementioned CO2 laser. It treats and rejuvenates the skin from the deepest layers to the superficial ones, penetrating deeper (2940 nm) than other Harmony lasers. With it, it is possible to remove hyperpigmentation, “grids” of wrinkles on the neck, improve the quality of the skin of the neck and its texture. It is done exclusively from early autumn to the beginning of spring, so that new and young skin cells are not damaged, and hyperpigmentation and photodamage appear on it.

NIR treatment

The NIR laser applies near-infrared light (NeaR Infrared) , which has biostimulating, rejuvenating effects on the skin. Its thermal energy heats only the deeper layers of the skin, which encourages regeneration, while the surface layer of the skin remains untreated. Unlike other treatments for neck rejuvenation, Morpheus 8, in addition to tightening the skin of the neck, also has an effect on the reduction of double chin. Morpheus 8 is a device consisting of 24 needles through which radiowave energy flows. The needles penetrate the skin depending on the problem we want to solve – whether it is excess fatty tissue, loose skin, reduced elasticity and other irregularities. Also, with this device, we treat jaws and double chin. The synergy of radio waves and needles stimulates the creation of collagen in the deeper layers, which leads to stronger skin tone, while at a certain depth it removes excess fat tissue.

Our special protocol by which we tighten and rejuvenate the skin of the neck. We perform the treatment by combining hyaluronic acid and collagen stimulator. These are dermal fillers that reduce shallower and even deeper wrinkles, and stimulate the production of collagen in the skin over a period of up to two years. A double effect is achieved:

A chemical peel is a non-invasive medical procedure that removes the surface layer of the skin. Deeply cleanses the skin, dissolves and removes all impurities and dead cells. Solutions of various acids are applied to the skin with the aim of removing the damaged layer of the skin and enabling its renewal with new, healthy tissue. Depending on the concentration of the solution, we distinguish superficial, medium-deep and deep peeling.
One of the most effective chemical peels for the neck and décolletage is the TCA peel or trichloroacetic acid peel. It gives the best results when it comes to rejuvenating the skin, removing scars, hyperpigmentation, age spots, smoothing fine lines. In addition, it leads to the synthesis of collagen and improves the texture of the skin.
For optimal results, it is usually necessary to do a series of 3 or 4 TCA peels, spaced one month apart. Already after the first treatment, the skin is softer, fresher, with fewer surface wrinkles and pigmentation. After the treatment, it will be necessary to apply a protective cream daily for at least two months and to avoid direct exposure to the sun. That’s why TCA peeling is done during autumn and winter.

Dermapen is an antiaging treatment that will restore freshness, radiance and shine to the skin of the neck and décolletage. It is performed using a dermapen electric device in the form of a pencil, on the tip of which there is an extension with very thin needles. During the dermapen treatment, tissue micro-injuries occur and in this way the skin is additionally stimulated to regenerate naturally.
