JUVÉDERM VOLITE

JUVÉDERM Volite is a skinbuster, a cross-linked hyaluronic acid product designed to improve the quality of the skin, its texture, hydration and elasticity. Unlike other fillers based on hyaluronic acid that are injected into the subcutaneous tissue, it is applied directly to the skin of the face, neck, décolletage or hands.
Volite is injected evenly along the entire surface of the treated skin in the form of tiny droplets that hydrate the skin continuously for 6 to 9 months, improving its elasticity, firmness and overall quality.

It is used for tired, dry, dehydrated skin, with a lifeless appearance and lack of shine.

• The face. Long-term improvement of hydration, quality and texture of the skin.
• The area around the lips – “smoker’s wrinkles “. Due to the method of application and molecular structure, it is an ideal filler for reducing vertical wrinkles around the lips. It can also be used in combination with botox and laser treatments to remove smoker’s lines.
• Eye area – wrinkles around the eyes. It provides a solution for the delicate area of the lower eyelids, significantly reducing the depth of wrinkles on the lower eyelids, while improving the hydration and healthier appearance of the skin.
• The neck and décolletage are another area where this hyaluronic filler shines brightly. After one treatment, there is a reduction of horizontal wrinkles of the neck, longitudinal wrinkles of the décolletage and an overall improvement in the texture, tone and elasticity of the skin. • Hands. Volite successfully treats most signs of aging of the hands, improves the quality and tone of the skin of the hands.

After the anesthetic cream is applied, Volite is injected with fine needles into the dermis along the surface of the skin, and most patients feel almost no discomfort. The treatment lasts about twenty minutes. After the treatment, make-up should not be applied for 24 hours and the face should be massaged, and the use of moisturizing creams or serums based on hyaluronic acid and vitamin C is recommended.

• The skin is hydrated, “fuller” to the touch, with a taut appearance.
• The sensitive skin around the eyes and lips is regenerated, looking younger.

JUVÉDERM Volite performed well in combination with hyaluronic fillers and botulinum toxin.

The results of the treatment last up to 9 months.

For patients who want regeneration and an antiaging effect, one treatment is required. In the case of significantly damaged skin texture, severe dryness, the treatment should be repeated after a month.

Except for redness and eventual minor bruises, no side effects were recorded.

What does that mean practically?

Profilo has a significantly higher concentration of hyaluronic acid, so the effect on hydration, freshness and tone of the skin, as well as collagen synthesis, is greater and significantly faster. However, considering that the hyaluronic acid contained in Profhilo remains in the skin for only 28 days, the product does not significantly affect the longevity of the effects. If you want to hydrate and refresh your skin, get a glowing complexion and maintain and care for your skin, Profhilo is an excellent choice.
Volite has a significantly lower concentration of hyaluronic acid, which is why the immediate effect on the beauty, freshness and hydration of the skin is smaller. However, the fact that Volite has hyaluronic acid that is cross-linked and remains in the skin for 6 months makes this product an excellent choice for correcting fine details on the skin such as wrinkles around the eyes, lips, lower cheeks and chin, as well as alleviating mild dark circles, scars from acne and wrinkles on the neck. If, in addition to hydration, you also need a mild correction of the initial signs of aging, such as shallow wrinkles and fine corrections on the neck, JUVÉDERM Volite is, in our experience, a better choice. Here you have to keep in mind that Volite cannot remove deeper wrinkles such as nasolabial folds or marionette lines, nor can it restore volume to the face. The only solution for these problems is the use of hyaluronic fillers.
