NIR treatment

Indications: Skin tightening

iPIXEL Er:YAG

Indications: Skin tightening, acne scars, antiaging, stretch marks

iPIXEL Er:YAG 2940nm is an ablative fractional laser that effectively restores the skin’s surface. It is utilized for skin rejuvenation, improving skin texture, reducing wrinkles and hyperpigmentation, treating shallow acne scars and stretch marks, as well as tightening pores and addressing superficial skin lesions.
iPixel Er:YAG laser delivers a dual effect: it exfoliates the surface layer of the skin while also impacting collagen and elastin production in the deeper layers, thereby promoting skin tightening. The fractional nature of the laser beam allows for faster skin recovery compared to other ablative lasers.
Potential side effects include intense redness and a burning sensation on the skin, which may persist for up to a week. To prevent hyperpigmentation during warmer months, we do treatments with this laser and fractional CO2 laser from October to March.

DYE VL Pro treatment

Indications: vascular and pigment lesions, hyperpigmentation, photodamage.

The DYE VL Pro treatment is based on Advanced Fluorescence Technology, which is an enhanced version of IPL (intense pulsed light). What sets it apart is its versatility in addressing various skin concerns. The Dye VL treatment effectively targets and removes spots, hyperpigmentation, capillaries, rosacea, couperose, redness, and red scars, such as red stretch marks and hemangiomas. Simultaneously, this module imparts a rejuvenated appearance to the skin.
The light rays emitted by the Dye VL laser break down groups of melanin pigment, the primary cause of spots and skin pigmentation. By eliminating pigment spots, the treatment evens out the complexion and reduces skin imperfections. The laser’s impact is particularly noticeable in addressing issues such as redness, rosacea, spider veins, and dilated capillaries. Through the emission of light at a specific wavelength, the hemoglobin in blood vessels is absorbed, resulting in the closure of small blood vessels. Consequently, capillaries and redness vanish completely. Phototherapy stimulates the production of elastin and collagen, enhancing the skin’s elasticity.
The treatment typically lasts around 10 minutes, while the neck and décolletage may require approximately 30 minutes. There is no recovery period after the treatment, apart from possible redness in sensitive skin. It is recommended to undergo a series of 3-6 treatments, with each session spaced 3-4 weeks apart. Visible effects begin to manifest after a few days, with improved complexion evenness and reduced redness and dilated capillaries. Over a few weeks, the full effects are achieved through collagen production, resulting in enhanced skin elasticity and rejuvenation. Dye-VL treatments are exclusively performed during autumn, winter, and early spring. After the treatment, it is mandatory to use creams with a high SPF factor to protect the skin.

The treatment is also referred to as “needle-free mesotherapy.” The procedure can be performed individually or in conjunction with CO2 laser and dermapen, resulting in a 50% increase in the effectiveness of other treatments.
