form?<\/h2>\n<p>The forehead is constantly in motion. Raising eyebrows in surprise, frowning, tiny twitches that accompany thinking \u2013 all these movements activate the frontal muscle<i> (musculus frontalis),<\/i> one of the strongest mimic muscles in the upper third of the face. As these movements are repeated day after day, the skin on the forehead bends in the same places \u2013 at first discreetly, in the form of thin lines that disappear at rest.  <\/p>\n<p>Over time, as the skin loses its elasticity and <a href=\"https:\/\/estetika-bg.com\/en\/collagen-supplements-and-treatments\/\">collagen<\/a>, these lines become permanent. In this phase, we are talking about <b>static wrinkles<\/b> \u2013 those that are present even when the face is completely relaxed. The most common types of wrinkles that occur on the forehead are:  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Horizontal wrinkles <\/b>\u2013 occur due to repeated eyebrow lifts.<\/li>\n<li><b>Wrinkles between the eyebrows (frowns)<\/b> \u2013 are the result of eyebrows gathering inwards, often as a reflex to stress, thinking or sunlight.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In addition to pronounced facial expressions, the appearance and deepening of <a href=\"https:\/\/estetika-bg.com\/en\/how-to-get-rid-of-wrinkles\/\">wrinkles<\/a> on the forehead is influenced by a number of external and internal factors. Long-term exposure to sunlight, especially without adequate UV protection, significantly accelerates the breakdown of collagen and elastin, which leads to premature skin aging \u2013 a process known as photoaging. If we add insufficient fluid intake and inadequate hydration of the skin, it dries out, loses its elasticity and wrinkles form faster.  <\/p>\n<p>Stress, insomnia and the modern pace of life further disrupt the balance in the body, which is very quickly reflected in the quality of the skin. Genetic factors also play an important role \u2013 while in some people the first wrinkles will become visible only after the age of thirty, in others they can appear much earlier, depending on the inherited characteristics of the skin and the structure of the face. <\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-3\"><h2>Vrste bora na \u010delu \u2013 horizontalne linije i mr\u0161tilice<\/h2>\n<p>Bore na \u010delu se ne pojavljuju slu\u010dajno, niti su sve iste \u2013 nastaju na ta\u010dno odre\u0111enim mestima, u zavisnosti od pokreta mi\u0161i\u0107a i u\u010destalosti odre\u0111enih izraza lica. Naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e ih delimo na horizontalne bore i vertikalne bore izme\u0111u obrva, poznatije kao mr\u0161tilice.<\/p>\n<p><b>Horizontalne bore<\/b> predstavljaju paralelne linije koje se pru\u017eaju du\u017e \u010dela. Njihova pojava je direktno povezana sa podizanjem obrva \u2013 pokretom koji \u010dinimo kada se iznenadimo, zapitamo ili naglasimo ne\u0161to u razgovoru. Vremenom, usled ponavljanja ovog pokreta i gubitka elasti\u010dnosti ko\u017ee, te linije postaju trajne i vidljive \u010dak i kada je lice u mirovanju. Zbog toga \u0161to \u010delo zauzima veliki deo lica, ove bore su naro\u010dito upadljive i \u010desto prve koje primetimo.<\/p>\n<p>Druga grupa su<b> vertikalne bore izme\u0111u obrva<\/b>, koje nastaju prilikom mr\u0161tenja, koncentracije ili refleksnog zatvaranja o\u010diju pri jakom svetlu. Te karakteristi\u010dne, \u010desto dve paralelne linije, nazivamo mr\u0161tilicama, a u medicinskom smislu \u2013 glabelarne bore. Njihovo formiranje povezano je sa aktivno\u0161\u0107u mi\u0161i\u0107a<i> corrugator supercilii<\/i> i <i>procerus<\/i>, koji povla\u010de obrve ka sredini i nani\u017ee. Ove bore daju licu strog, zabrinut ili umoran izraz \u2013 \u010dak i kada se osoba ne ose\u0107a tako.<\/p>\n<p>Zanimljivo je da se uz mr\u0161tilice \u010desto mogu javiti i sitne bore na korenu nosa, takozvane <i>&#8220;bunny lines&#8221;,<\/i> koje dodatno doprinose izra\u017eenosti gornje tre\u0107ine lica. Sve ove mimi\u010dke bore mogu se efikasno tretirati uz pa\u017eljivo odabrane metode koje vra\u0107aju ko\u017ei glatko\u0107u, a izrazu lica \u2013 prirodnu blagost.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-4\"><h2>Botox for forehead wrinkles<\/h2>\n<p>When wrinkles on the forehead are already present and clearly expressed, the most effective solution recommended by doctors is the application of Botox. Although it is often mistaken for a method that &#8220;freezes the face&#8221;, properly applied Botox for wrinkles acts selectively, relaxing the muscles responsible for their formation \u2013 without losing expressiveness or facial expressions. <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/estetika-bg.com\/en\/botox-treatment\/\">Botox<\/a>, or botulinum toxin type A, is used in precisely defined doses and injection points. On the forehead, the frontal muscle, the muscles between the eyebrows (corrugator and procerus) and possibly the muscles around the eyes are most often treated if the goal is complete harmonization of the upper third of the face. After the treatment, the muscles that previously created the lines stop contracting, and the skin above them gradually flattens out and becomes smooth.  <\/p>\n<p>One of the key benefits of Botox is that in addition to erasing existing wrinkles, it prevents them from deepening further. The effects are visible after a few days, and the full result is achieved in about 10 to 14 days. The face looks fresher, more rested, but still completely natural. The duration of the effect varies, but on average ranges between 4 and 6 months.    The treatment itself lasts only a few minutes. The thinnest needles are used, which makes the procedure almost painless. If necessary, a local anesthetic is applied. This combination of treatments allows not only to relax the muscles that cause wrinkles, but also to compensate for lost volume, which is key to achieving a youthful appearance. <\/p>\n<p>Some wrinkles simply &#8220;do not listen&#8221;. Although Botox can relax the muscles and stop the further deepening of the lines on the forehead, it often happens that deep, indented wrinkles remain visible even when the face is completely calm. In these cases, the solution is a combination of treatments \u2013 Botox for the muscles, hyaluronic acid for the wrinkle itself.  <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/estetika-bg.com\/en\/procedures\/hyaluronic-fillers\/\">Hyaluronic filler<\/a> can be gently injected directly into the wrinkle, like a thin support from the inside, to gently lift and smooth the bottom of the wrinkle. This injection is very superficial and precise, and the amount of material is minimal. Effect? The lines look softer and less noticeable, but you should know that the result is not long-lasting \u2013 in this case, hyaluronic acid is absorbed faster, so the effect lasts about two months.   <\/p>\n<p>In the elderly, or when the forehead has lost its natural fullness, the situation is somewhat different. The forehead muscle can then stick to the bone, and the result of Botox can seem strange. That is why it is important to restore volume first \u2013 that is, to use hyaluronic acid deeper, in order to round the forehead and create a natural basis for further work. Only after that, Botox has space to &#8220;do its job&#8221;, without the risk of unnatural expression.   <\/p>\n<p>In practice, we use two techniques:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Surface injection in the pine \u2013 when we want to fill in persistent lines.<\/li>\n<li>Deep injection under the skin \u2013 when the entire volume of the forehead needs to be restored.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 id=\"toc_Tretmani_za_poboljsanje_kvaliteta_koze_dodatna_podrska_kozi\" data-fontsize=\"31\" style=\"--fontSize: 31; line-height: 1.5;\" data-lineheight=\"46.5px\" class=\"fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\">Treatments to improve skin quality \u2013 additional support for the skin of the forehead<\/h2>\n<p>Although they do not directly affect the mimic muscles, treatments to improve the quality of the skin play an important role in the fight against wrinkles \u2013 especially at the first signs of aging or when we want to achieve a fresh, even appearance of the forehead.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/estetika-bg.com\/en\/procedures\/co2-skin-resurfacing\/\"><b>CO2 Laser<\/b> <\/a>It rejuvenates the skin by removing its surface layer and stimulating the formation of new collagen in the deeper layers.
